Giulia De Vendictis & Antonio Simeone

Giulia De Vendictis is the Head of Financial Supply Chain at Saras SpA, with experience in trade finance, export finance, treasury, and public funding programmes for innovation and energy transition. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University and is certified (GTC, INCO, CTFP) by the International Chamber of Commerce Academy. She is also a contributor to Econopoly – Il Sole 24 Ore, a junior member of the Canova Club and Aspen Institute Italia, and volunteers as a mentor for university students through the Mentors4U programme.

Antonio Simeone is an Algotrader specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. He is Founder and CEO of StonePrime US, a San Diego–based startup leveraging AI to invest in biotech companies. He is also Founder and Director of the LUISS Quantum & AI Lab, a research hub dedicated to the intersection of artificial intelligence, econophysics, and macroeconomic forecasting.

He is Adjunct Professor at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, where he teaches Data-Driven Models for Investment, Blockchain Technology and Fintech, and Fintech e Criptovalute.

Antonio is a frequent speaker on AI at the FII Institute (Future Investment Initiative) and a member of "Amici di Aspen". He also serves as Head of Research at the Italian International Economic Center (IIEC).

Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of Euklid, an AI-driven asset management company based in London. In 2013, he co-founded the LUISS Bitcoin Lab – Discover Bitcoin, the first university observatory in Europe focused on Bitcoin and digital currencies.

He is also a fintech journalist and contributor for Il Sole 24 Ore, AGI, and DataManager.
