Michael Mocci is a scholar of Mediterranean cultural history and an appointed subject expert at the University of Milan. He serves on COREIS Italiana’s Council of Religious Guides and is editor-in-chief of Sacrum et Polis. His research focuses on interfaith dialogue, cultural relations between East and West, cultural diplomacy, and Mediterranean history. He is the author of "Un ponte tra Oriente e Occidente. Una nuova prospettiva euro-mediterranea per l’Italia" (Jouvence, 2026).
