Giovanni Boggero holds a PhD in Constitutional Law from the University of Eastern Piedmont and is Research Assistant to the Chair of Public Law at the same university (Prof. Jörg Luther) and Teaching Assistant to the Chair of Constitutional Law at the University of Turin. He is also a contributor to the newspaper Il Foglio on German affairs.
