Umberto Marengo is a management consultant. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Cambridge where he focused on the political economy of energy market design and financial regulation. He worked for the European Commission in Washington D.C. and collaborates with the Istituto Affari Internazionali and Policy Network.
