Amb. Ofer Sachs is the CEO of Herzog Strategic Ltd., a tech and strategic consulting firm based in Tel Aviv. He served as Israel's Ambassador to Italy and San Marino from 2016 to 2019 and was the Director General of the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute (IEICI) from 2012 to 2016. He is a highly qualified executive manager with many years of international experience, both in the private and the governmental ecosystems. Amb. Sachs holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
