Niccolò Serri is a PhD student in economic and social history at the University of Cambridge, Magdalene College, working on the comparative dimension of Southern Mediterranean welfare states. He previously collaborated with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Lelio and Lesli Basso Foundation.
