Matteo holds a PhD from LUISS University in Rome, Italy. He recently spent one semester as researcher at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, and one year as Visiting Fellow at Harvard University (Cambridge, MA). Laruffa has given lectures and presented papers in several worldwide institutions, such as universities in the U.S.A., Italy, Belgium, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Finland and U.K.
Alessandro Strozzi, Aspen Junior Fellow, is a young professional expert in institutional relations, transatlantic relations and strategic affairs. Alessandro graduated in Law and is candidate at the Master of Arts in international public affairs at LUISS School of Government. He is member of the Luigi Einaudi Foundation and alumnus of the School of Policies.
