Marina Penciu Căpraru holds a Ph.D. in History and International Relations from the University of Bucharest. She is particularly interested in research topics related to Euro-Atlantic security and institutions, foreign policy, and parliamentary diplomacy. Her most recent publication is the volume ‘NATO Defense College: 70 Years of History, More Relevant than Ever’ (2021).
