Born in Turin, Giulio Sapelli is a Professor of Economic History at the University of Milan. He has conducted research at the School of Political and Economic Sciences in London, at the University of Barcelona and the University of Buenos Aires. He was the Director of Studies at the School of Higher Studies in Social Sciences in Paris.
