Emilio Minniti is a Doctor of History of Political Doctrines and Political Philosophy and Lecturer in Comparative Constitutional Law. Minniti authored several scientific essays on the State of Exception in Western Legal Systems, the Evolution of Electoral Systems and Constitutionalism in the Arab World. He is also the author of articles on geopolitics and international politics. He has been legal advisor of parliamentary institutions and public bodies and, he is currently a Key Account Manager in the IT and Communications sector.
