Anna Zafesova is a Milan-based Russian journalist and analyst following Russia and post-Soviet world. She has been Moscow correspondent for the Italian newspaper La Stampa (1994-2004). She is currently contributor to La Stampa, Il Foglio, Linkiesta, Echo Moskvy, Carnegie.ru and other media and think tanks.
