Tiziano Breda is a researcher in IAI’s Global Actors Programme, covering armed political, security and migration issues in Latin America. He worked formerly at the International Crisis Group, first as EU advocacy and research assistant in the Brussels office, then as researcher for the Latin America programme in Colombia and as Central America analyst in Guatemala.
