Carlo Ratti is an Italian architect, engineer, inventor, educator and activist. He is a professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he directs the MIT Senseable City Lab. Ratti is also a founding partner of the international design and innovation office CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati.
Manfredi Catella is founding shareholder and CEO of COIMA RES, majority shareholder and CEO of COIMA SGR and Chairman of COIMA, a real estate company founded in 1974, controlled by the Catella family. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Business Studies from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Master in Regional Planning and Real Estate at the Polytechnic of Turin.
