Maurizio Mensi is a Professor of Law & Economics at the National School of Administration (SNA) and Executive Director of MENA-OECD Governance Programme Training Centre. Mensi is also a lawyer, and an adjunct Professor of Information and Communications Law at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, where he is co-head of @LawLab, a research centre on Cyber and TMT Law (Telecommunications-Media-Technology). He authored several books and publications on electronic communications, media, cybersecurity, data privacy.
