Daniela Palma graduated in Statistics and Economics and received her Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods for Economic Analysis at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. She is Senior Researcher at ENEA (Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development) where she coordinates the activities of a National Observatory of Italy’s Technological Competitiveness.
